This is one of those companies that needs to go out of business. I contacted Always about a new gas line installation. They came to my house, everybody was smiles and shaking hands - I was told that a quotation would be a day or two away. And not a peep. I followed up 3 days later and they wouldn't even return my call. Wasted my personal time and put me a week behind on my construction. And I was dealing with the fellow that claimed to be the owner too. So think about this - if they won't honour a commitment and refuse to even return your calls, what happens if you pay these people to do work for you and something goes wrong? Your emails and calls will go unanswered and you will be on your own. I suggest you look at a different company for your plumbing needs.
