Cleeve had a friendly, pleasant & professional manner. He explained well the estimate and the membership so it was easy to understand. I will choose him for any service in future to be done.

This company needs to go out of business

This is one of those companies that needs to go out of business. I contacted Always about a new gas line installation. They came to my house, everybody was smiles and shaking hands - I was told that a quotation would be a day or two away. And not a peep. I followed up 3 days later and they wouldn't even return my call. Wasted my personal time and put me a week behind on my construction. And I was dealing with the fellow that claimed to be the owner too. So think about this - if they won't honour a commitment and refuse to even return your calls, what happens if you pay these people to do work for you and something goes wrong? Your emails and calls will go unanswered and you will be on your own. I suggest you look at a different company for your plumbing needs.

The technician is so nice. She did good job for me. She is very knowledgeable. She answered every question I asked clearly. She is very helpful. Just the price is little too high. Otherwise I am really happy with the work. I still recommend this company.

I am so impressed with this company. We got our sump pump replaced last year and the sump pump works great but the hose outside wasn't clamped on tight enough so it kept popping off. So I called them yesterday and they got it attached really well. Since it was about a year ago that the first job was done, I thought for sure we would be charged something for the labour and parts. The estimate was over $250 but they charged us nothing. Amazing! We will be repeat customers for sure!

I am most satisfied with my entire experience with Always Plumbing and Heating. The ladies who handled my initial inquiries and appointment booking were very accommodating. The plumbing service provided by Justin was excellent and at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs I may have. Thank you Always Plumbing and Heating.

Nobody likes having to call a plumbing company especially due to a plugged sewer line. Thanks to google , Always Plumbing and Heating seemed like the company to call. I was so impressed that someone answered my call on a Sunday on the family day long weekend ! Because , so many companies talk about 24 hour service and yet those same companies are so hard to get a hold of after hours. NOT this company. Always plumbing and heating provide exactly what they say !! They are polite , clean , professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and frankly very nice people !! Nathan and David really do care about what they do. So many in today’s work force have no passion in what they do for a living. So many in today’s work force forget that ONE rule , Who is your customer!! Nathan and David are old school even though they are not as old as you may think. They just simply care. If you EVER have a plumbing issue. Take it from someone who has been in the trade and construction industry for over 25 years. Always plumbing and heating is the company you must call. Call anyone else , you’ll be making a mistake, and I know lots of plumbers !!!

Very professional and personable! Quality of the work is excellent and instead of venting out the foundation of the house he vented out the no longer used chimney! Very smart! I would highly recommend! We were having an issue regarding the temperature of our hot water after installing the tankless system. Brandon came out and diagnosed the issue in less than five minutes. He fixed the issue! EXCELLENT SERVICE!
