Best plumbing experience EVER!! Rod was thorough, proactive, patient and personable. Original issue corrected and I thought we were good to go. Rod suggested that we test the furnace despite the fact that it worked right up to the point of the original problem. I am so grateful for his suggestion, as the ignition switch decided to die (unbeknownst to me) and the furnace would never have started without another call back. Rod saved the day.
