Incredible Service!!

Best plumbing experience EVER!! Rod was thorough, proactive, patient and personable. Original issue corrected and I thought we were good to go. Rod suggested that we test the furnace despite the fact that it worked right up to the point of the original problem. I am so grateful for his suggestion, as the ignition switch decided to die (unbeknownst to me) and the furnace would never have started without another call back. Rod saved the day. The pricing was fair, the service outstanding and the experience highly satisfactory. I would not hesitate to recommend Express for any plumbing or heating concern.

Was very impressed from the minute I called to the minute they walked out the door. The woman on the phone was very attentive to my problem assuring me I would have heat back by the end of the night. With in a couple hours I had a very friendly technician at my door named Casey. He was very knowledgeable, and not once tried to sell me on a product but instead understanding I was on a budget. Not only fixed the problem but didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Also gave me tips on how to avoid that particular issue in the future. THANK YOU EXPRESS !

I have used the services of Express Plumbing and Heating several times and have always been extremely happy with their service! Shawn is very conscientious about his customers always receiving top notch service and he will go over and above to exceed expectations! I have used their services to buy and install a heater in my garage as well as some plumbing fixes and would highly recommend them!

Awesome customer service and impressive professionalism. Highly recommend. On one of the coldest nights of the year our furnace went out around midnight. After contacting Express I spoke with Casey. Instead of simply taking the address and making an after hours service call he took the time to walk me through a few things over the phone to troubleshoot first and I was able to get it running again. Casey's professionalism and excellent customer service saved us an expensive after hours service call and a lot of time. Very impressed, will definitely use Express again.

We had our radiator pipe break around 1am with black water coming out into the living room. Shawn was very quick to arrive allowing for no water damage to be caused as a result. He was very knowledgeable and courteous with the entire service. Everything was fixed, double checked, put back and cleaned up within approx. 30 min. Excellent service! Would highly recommend.

Thanks so much to Express plumbing. The staff worked hard to help me get my furnace going after it had quit suddenly in the midst of cold weather. Even though Shawn was extremely busy he ensured things got running. Extremely helpful!
