Didn't even get as far as a phone call, well, SEVERAL phone calls until the owner called back to basically curse me out stating he "ain't got time to service my residence" and "to stop threatening that you'll keep calling." I wasn't threatening; I was actually calling to get someone to call me back. I was in need of service, haven't had hot water from my brand new water heater and I was only using them after my water heater's manufacturer told me to call them, as they would cover the costs of repair. I called for a WEEK straight with no call back whatsoever to finally get a call from the owner who was right off the bat huffy and , yet all anyone there could have done was relay a message back to their "call center" to state they were unable to assist due to being shorthanded, COVID, etc. Instead, I had to call and leave messages for someone to call me back for days on end.
