We bought a 6 year old house with water damage in the basement, we called our insurance company and they ended up sending True North Flooring over to install new flooring in our basement and the steps, 3 days before they came to install the flooring the entire basement got a fresh coat of paint on all the walls and every nick and hole was patched and fixed, firat thing this company did qhen they gothere was decide to cut the flooring in the basement of the house leaving our brand new walls compleatly coverd with black dust. Then they thought it was a good idea to put there handa all over the walls leaving blacl hand prints on every single wall. After that one of the workers went to thw bathroom wich was compleatly renovated earlyer that week. And lastly they made about 4 holes in the newly painted walls. When they left they didnt clean up or mention the holes they made. Our insurance company had to send a cleaning lady to clean up after them. They are unprofessional. Dont hire.
