RETURNS ARE FLAWLESS IF YOU READ THE RULES ACCEPT AND EXECUTE THEM ACCORDINGLY. Very accommodating to most situation that may arise; I very much like speaking to a knowledgeable person than having to hear "I DON'T REALLY KNOW, GO TO THE SERVICE DESK; AFTER WAITING ONLINE FOR THE SERVICE DESK THE RESPONSE IS "I HAVE TO CALL AND FIND OUT"
