CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THEIR MOTTO

Was introduced by my Contractor in 2001 to Long Island Paneling on Old Country Road, since then our family ALWAYS AND FOREVER shop at Long lsland Paneling. I shop at The New Hyde Park Location because it's closer to my home. From the Manager to the delivery person service is above standard compare to others stores in my experience. They sell QUALITY PRODUCTS AT REASONABLE PRICES; THEY also stand behind their products, they PATIENTLY work with you and or your contractor, NEVER PUSHING FOR A QUICK SALE! They listen intently to what you have to say about your project and work within the parameters of Quality & Price that you want and need. RETURNS ARE FLAWLESS IF YOU READ THE RULES ACCEPT AND EXECUTE THEM ACCORDINGLY. Very accommodating to most situation that may arise; I very much like speaking to a knowledgeable person than having to hear "I DON'T REALLY KNOW, GO TO THE SERVICE DESK; AFTER WAITING ONLINE FOR THE SERVICE DESK THE RESPONSE IS "I HAVE TO CALL AND FIND OUT"

I recently purchased bead board ceiling at LIC&F . They knew exactly what I needed and were very helpful helping me decide on my purchase. Reese helped me load my truck and also assisted in my returning an extra carton I had left over. Why would I go anywhere else?

Dan and Reese were absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. It was my first time purchasing a vinyl floor and I almost went with hardwood. They went to great detail about what constitutes the Quality vinyl floor and showed me different examples of various products and manufacturers that they carried. They were patient with me And allowed me to take samples to choose the perfect floor. I can’t recommend this company enough. They had a tremendous selection to choose from. And various top name manufacturers of flooring.

My wife & I had spent most of the day going to hardwood flooring showrooms. On our way back home we stopped at Long Island Paneling (New Hyde Park location) this afternoon. We were looking for flooring and wood cladding. We were surprised to see how many styles and choices they had to choose from. The salesman Reese was so helpful and knowledgeable. Reese helped us find both the flooring and cladding we were looking for that fit our budget. Thank you Reese. You really made our shopping experience a pleasure.

We are so in love with our beautiful, new hardwood floors that replaced the old carpet/tile that was previously there! Reese helped us every step of the way as we navigated the extensive options of both luxury vinyl plank and real hard wood that the store offers. Reese is truly a flooring professional and expert with a wealth of knowledge that he is happy to impart. He was extremely patient with us as we looked through many options -- trying to figure out the best match to run alongside the original spruce hardwood floors of our old home. Reese eagerly explained the pros and cons of the various flooring options we considered and made sure we arrived at a choice that we truly loved. If you are in need of new flooring, I highly recommend LI paneling, ceiling, & floors and the exceptional customer service that Reese provides. You will not be disappointed! We will definitely be back for future flooring projects.
