Avoid this place at all costs!! My friend needed a turbo installed on his 2016 dodge ram 6.7l cummins. We knew no one in Cleveland because he was in town to do a show. Had the truck towed by AAA to nearest repair shop which in turn wanted 9kplus for it. Received some recommendations and call Turner Diesel Performance. My friend was on a time constraint to be in St. Louis to do his next show on May13th. The truck arrived on May4th at their shop after 2 breakdowns with their tow truck costing an additional day. They then charged 375.00 for an 18 mile tow. 21.00 per mile but that's besides the point. Jack the service manager assured my friend that the truck would be done Monday the 9th. As it stood the est. was 4200.00. After all his mistakes he charged 5500.00 for the job and didn't install a bd perf. turbo. My friend finally got the truck May12th at 3p.m. trying to get to show in St. Louis for May 13th. Jack along with owner George didn't care a bit.
