Avoid this place at all costs!! My friend needed a turbo installed on his 2016 dodge ram 6.7l cummins. We knew no one in Cleveland because he was in town to do a show. Had the truck towed by AAA to nearest repair shop which in turn wanted 9kplus for it. Received some recommendations and call Turner Diesel Performance. My friend was on a time constraint to be in St. Louis to do his next show on May13th. The truck arrived on May4th at their shop after 2 breakdowns with their tow truck costing an additional day. They then charged 375.00 for an 18 mile tow. 21.00 per mile but that's besides the point. Jack the service manager assured my friend that the truck would be done Monday the 9th. As it stood the est. was 4200.00. After all his mistakes he charged 5500.00 for the job and didn't install a bd perf. turbo. My friend finally got the truck May12th at 3p.m. trying to get to show in St. Louis for May 13th. Jack along with owner George didn't care a bit.

Had vehicle towed 19 miles to their shop. Their two trucks broke down 2 days in a row. They called outside tow company that cost 75.00. They billed 375.00 for the tow. Needed a turbo installed quoted 2,947.00 for a bd- performance rebuilt turbo. They come with the actuator installed. Untrained Service Writer over night shipped the wrong turbo 3 times in a row. Finally ordered the correct actuator and replaced on the truck. Refused to give the manufacturer of the turbo and only gave lies to what the warranty was. Original estimate 4220.78 final Bill was 5,862.65 and it was 39% over the estimate breaking the law. Seeking full refund less 75.00 for the tow and 91.00 for an air filter. They erased this review already. We are from Las Vegas and they are in Ohio. We will not give up. We have rights. Do not use these people and they are a Napa Car Care Facility. No reply from Napa as of yet.

They don’t answer their phones ( multiple days), leave you on read on fb when inquiring on spending thousands in service. Imagine if you actually paid them or they had your truck. Stay away Update: deletes have been done here so it’s funny they mention it’s illegal. And I called to have another work done outside of delete. And ignorant means uneducated, not sure how a comment can be uneducated. Nevertheless if you didn’t want the business for any reason a simple no would suffice, instead you answer no calls and no messages. Funny how all the comments here seem to say the same thing. Maybe 10 of my friends can try to do biz with you and leave a review of their exp And that’s funny you don’t do deletes yet we have discussed and got a quote from you before. You actually did someone’s truck I know so nice try

I wish I went to Turner Diesel sooner. They did the DPF delete on my 2008 f250. 6.4 power stroke, glow plugs, exhaust, studs, cold air intake, fluids, flares. Dan had great communication with me, answered all my questions and called back if we missed each other. George Tuner knows what he's talking about, I've confident in these guys to handle any all/ work on our fleet. Excellent experience, I will be back in the future, thank you guys.
