Our builder required us to use Tile Superstore for tile/flooring/countertops/cabinets. We were later told that the owner is a close relative of the builder.
One star is for the helpful employees.
We've had multiple "fix-it" visits to repair/replace/adjust most of what we purchased from them.
Last visit was to repair chips in our kitchen granite countertops and island. Our granite has a busy multicolored pattern, so we had marked each chip (ranging from 1/4" to almost the size of a dime) with small post-it notes. The employee told us (sight unseen) in a phone call that all the chips were "normal." After he arrived, he looked at 3 of the chips and pronounced them "normal," then removed all of the post-it notes marking the remaining chips without even looking at them.
The joint where two slabs of the granite countertop meet was very rough, chipped, and unevenly installed at one end. He also pronounced it "normal."
Very unhappy customers. Will not shop there again and would NOT recommend.
