Would NOT recommend

Our builder required us to use Tile Superstore for tile/flooring/countertops/cabinets. We were later told that the owner is a close relative of the builder. One star is for the helpful employees. We've had multiple "fix-it" visits to repair/replace/adjust most of what we purchased from them. Last visit was to repair chips in our kitchen granite countertops and island. Our granite has a busy multicolored pattern, so we had marked each chip (ranging from 1/4" to almost the size of a dime) with small post-it notes. The employee told us (sight unseen) in a phone call that all the chips were "normal." After he arrived, he looked at 3 of the chips and pronounced them "normal," then removed all of the post-it notes marking the remaining chips without even looking at them. The joint where two slabs of the granite countertop meet was very rough, chipped, and unevenly installed at one end. He also pronounced it "normal." Very unhappy customers. Will not shop there again and would NOT recommend.

Tile Superstore is definitely a reputable "5 STAR" business! They have an excellent selection of products that would be conducive to all customers. Professional and experienced staff will assist you through any and all of your projects. I'd definitely would recommend the Tile Superstore!

As an owner of a small construction company, I could not be more happy with the service and professionalism that the tile super store exhibits. There pricing and quotes are spot on as well as there communication and scheduling. The staff is always eager to help and easy to send my homeowners in to talk to. I highly recommend this company.

Called on tuesday and left voicemail for Melissa. No call back and waited 3 days. Called again and sent to Wayne. Wayne told me he didn't have time for my small order, because he's too busy as it is. I need to purchase matching Aristokraft cabinets. I have the money in my hands, and i'm looking to buy, but Tile Superstore is apparently unwilling to take my money. What a wild time to be alive. Do not recommend this place if you want to actually purchase something.

Very disappointed with this company. Initially, our ordering process was smooth and everything went well. But upon installation, multiple cabinet faces were ordered in the incorrect size. Now 6 months later, they were again ordered incorrectly. We are still waiting for multiple cabinet doors and drawers. I am also very disappointed in the quality of the cabinets. We have been living with these for 5 months and the paint is already rubbing off in multiples places (no kids, no pets). We have noticed scratches and dents that occurred during installation. Very frustrated that we now have these poor quality cabinets in our newly built home.

I don't write reviews but I felt that I should share our experience so that people can make an educated choice. We just finished a kitchen remodel, we purchased 3 slabs of Granite for our project we dealt with Candace as our salesperson and she is very knowledgeable about the products in the store, Ken came to the house to do the template and is a very nice person (that's the only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating), other than these 2 people everything went downhill fast. My cabinet maker had to come over and help level the counter top because they couldn't figure it out on my island, I won't bore you with the details, but it took 3 visits from installers to get my counters acceptable, we had to tear out the tile backsplash because there was a 1/2" gap between the granite and the top of the cabinets, which was discovered by my cabinet maker while he was hanging doors, this put our project another 3 days behind, it got to the point that I had my General Contractor deal with them before I completely lost my cool. I have more projects to do but will be shopping elsewhere. We"re very disappointed with our experience.
