Dishonest merchant
I spent more than an hour on a Saturday when they prepared an order. The sales representative, Leticia, was not able to quote the delivery until Monday and suggested to pay the total then.
On Monday she didn't call. When I called, she told me that her boss increased the price and thus they would not honor the conditions of their Saturday invoice #104599 (she still didn't know the delivery price).
Thus, they reneged on a contract they voluntarily entered just a day ago.
The invoice for new tiles stipulated that the tiles are sold AS-IS. When I asked to remove this, Leticia told me that that was their standard practice because "...the clients break the tiles when they arrive and then return them".
Whatever merchandise you may like there, I suggest to avoid at any cost or as minimum understand the risks of dealing with a dishonest merchant - be ready that trey may renege on their contract obligations and that they do not guarantee the quality of their goods.
