I never write reviews but i just cant let this one go. We purchased windows for our addition dating back 1yr and a half now. We were very disappointed in the products that we purchased and the way our situation was handled. As you can tell from the pictures our issue lies with the condition of the rough casings. We were told that the windows must have been soaked before installation but they were delivered and placed within the home by their own delivery team. After that wasnt the problem it was turned to the painters fault to much water in paint ect.. The picture clearly shows pitting and theres also one panel that is half rough and half smooth. After months of the run around i gave up only to repeatedly hear the ad on the radio about quality for x amount of years blah blah. The last photo is of the trim turkstra installed and was painted by the same material. Thanks turkstra for the professional job. My 2 star goes to the sales rep who felt horrible about the situation great guy.
