AVOID ON ALL COSTS! They don't care about anything, don't respect deadlines, mistreat clients. I am so sorry I went to them. As soon as paid them the money, they forgot about me. One day after the agreed delivery date I called them to find out what was going on. The sales person IN Hull said he will have to check and he will call me back. Of course no one called me back even though I specifically asked mr. Champagne: "Please call me and let me know what was going on!" I called again and talked to someone else that told me that the factory received my order 2 weeks AFTER I paid the 60% in advance. I called again and find out that new delivery date was set ONE MONTH LATER. I asked for a refund last week on Thursday. He told me that he has to talk to his boss and he will call me back on Friday. Guess what? NO CALL!!! How is this company still in the market?? I paid him a visit today only to have a nervous breakdown.
