The 10 months I spent under Cascadias Clinic, Mr. Lowey’s umbrella was a hideous time. Every single day was a lost opportunity of my child’s mental and emotional healing. His view varied according to presentation, circumstances, and situation. He was unapproachable and difficult to work with and repeatedly failed to demonstrate his ability to keep up with professional practice and standards. He exercised a fundamental lack of professional judgment.fees were quite high, and the amount charged was not reasonably commensurate with the services provided.Simply put, he could not be viewed as being neutral and objective as a professional to reduce the friction and the tension between the parties and promote a resolution of matters.
