Run and avoid engaging with Mr. Lowey!

The 10 months I spent under Cascadias Clinic, Mr. Lowey’s umbrella was a hideous time. Every single day was a lost opportunity of my child’s mental and emotional healing. His view varied according to presentation, circumstances, and situation. He was unapproachable and difficult to work with and repeatedly failed to demonstrate his ability to keep up with professional practice and standards. He exercised a fundamental lack of professional judgment.fees were quite high, and the amount charged was not reasonably commensurate with the services provided.Simply put, he could not be viewed as being neutral and objective as a professional to reduce the friction and the tension between the parties and promote a resolution of matters.

Eliot and Jenna did a very thorough job of helping me through a difficult time related to a difficult ongoing high conflict separation. The extra effort and attention to details uncovered the true facts of the conflict which lead to a fair settlement related to child custody and child's views I could never have had such a fair outcome without them. If you want the real truth to be heard they can make that happen. Money well spent. Joe W

Have had none of the issues of the people who reviewed poorly. Eliot is very capable, and helped us to significantly reduce the stresses in our dealings with child custody/co-parenting issues post divorce. It’s like having a mediator but with someone actually trained in family dynamics and who understands post-separation issues.

Unethical, profit driven, weak minded and hard-hearted agency. Their Team Members include Psychologist Dr Peter Meuser, who has been part of the Team going as far back as 2012 along with RCC Penny Fenske (Penny Fenske is no longer a Team Member however) also the office was dirty and the staff were frequently late for appointments.
