Krista is outstanding and she has gone above and beyond for me . She has helped me get my confidence back and has given me hope . I thought I was going crazy until I met Krista . It turns out I was not. She helped me see what exactly what was happening and what was going on for me. She could show me the things I could not see . I always feel that Krista is in my corner and truly understands me. I feel she has my best interests in mind with absolutely no judgement or hidden agenda. I always feel truly heard and understood when I speak with her. She is a fantastic psychologist and I feel so blessed to have found her . I would see her on a weekly basis if I could . She is amazing and I've made HUGE progress with her . I once felt unlovable and now I feel I finally love myself. I also now feel that deserve to be treated well and that I am lovable .

Patricia was great for me. She inspired and motivated me to go back to school and escape my previous nightmare job. She helped put a lot of past events into perspective. Highly recommend if you feel trapped in your current life routine. She definitely helped me see my potential.

Learning Kung Fu with Michael really compliments our counselling sessions. Michael is great at connecting martial arts with personal growth in helpful ways. His approach and techniques have really helped me in the last few months. Definitely recommended!

I began counselling here with Ofir 3 months ago. Before attending I was lacking self confidence because i was second guessing my decisions. Ofir has aloud me the space I have needed to vent and provided helpful feedback and suggestions with out judging the choices I make. I also feel very heard. When I share, he will take the time to give me a summary of what i just babbled about ( not sure if it is making sense or coming out right ) and he nails it every time. I had been in previous counselling for 3 years, had numerous boyfriends and they have never made me feel so understood. Think about it... you don't have anyone defending themselves or trying to turn something around on you. Its a place to get clarity and start making some real change. Thank you Ofir, and I am looking forward to many more sessions with you !

Really good support. He was helpful in dealing with some long-term trauma issues. Had to see him again recently for another, unrelated matter--it was really easy to talk again.

I spent several years working with Mark as a colleague.
