If I could give zero stars I would. Turn and run from this company. Grossly incompetent, rude and condescending. They switched our pickup twice BEFORE moving day, promised 4 different times ON moving day, before just plain not showing up. They then put the onus on me, the customer to contact the driver, only to find out that the driver has NO WAY to make it at the 4th time promised. Grrrrrr…. Obviously by this point I’m frustrated, and lose my cool on the phone. At which point they cut off communications all together. Thankfully the Better Business bureau was able to get my deposit refunded after an official complaint was filed. No apology, nothing…these people do not deserve your business, your faith or your money. As I said at the beginning. Turn and run. No move is worth this sheer amount of stress and aggravation.
