I'd give them a zero star if I could. So on May 20 2022 ..... I moved from Toronto to Edmonton, I used starway movers, WISH I DIDN'T, wish I could go back and use a different moving company!! so first thing is that I signed a contract saying they would be at my new home to deliver our things on May 25th. and never came, so called them and oh ya your stuff is still in Ontario, and funny this is on there contract says they don't use third party movers but yet they put my stuff on a train... do Starway own their own rail company too? Because to me that is considered third party as well! So anyways we tried calling many times and trying to talk to a manager about getting a discount for our inconvenience and how we had to spend about 500 dollars to keep us afloat until our stuff came. But we could never get a hold of any of their managers!
