Refund woes
My elderly mother used them on Dec.31st 2022.
When it came time to pay she wasnt wearing her glasses so she asked the guy to put in a $100 tip on the debit machine but instead he put in a 100% tip. So she ended up paying double. Once she realized their mistake we called them, at first they seemed helpful and said that they sent the money back on the card. But they didnt. It's been two weeks and still no refund. We feel like we are now getting the run around. I'm very disappointed and hope they end up doing the right thing
