Won't be going back!
I used to like this vet because they had reasonable pricing and the vets were great about not selling you on things you didn't need but actually helping. I tried to go back for a vaccine routine update, and I had the most difficult time trying to get the front desk people to let me know what vaccines were due. They told me I never gave them previous records for my pet, which I absolutely did - I forwarded them our previous email chain. They then quoted me verbatim off the sheet (three years old) which vaccines I was "due for", not taking into account the various updates I had done through their clinic since becoming a client. This really shook my confidence in their knowledge and abilities, and on top of that, they just saw my dog a couple of weeks ago for an exam and required another one to be administered before vaccines. Seems a bit like a cash grab, they obviously don't pay for quality techs or front desk people either. It used to be worth it to save a few bucks, not anymore.
