When I took my adopted Cat to their location, as it was mandatory for my adoption agency, they made me hold down my cat for his vaccines and microchip. I came out with scratches and bleeding on my belly and arms. When I decided to go to my vet for neutering, they scanned him for the chip and found none.... So I called Ramsay back and they said they didn't give it to him! Ummmm I held him down. You guys handed me the tag and paperwork. Then made me wait so you could finish registering it to him. The whole process of this adoption was a disaster.
