This veterinary office prioritizes revenue over the well-being of their patients. I have been a loyal client for nearly a decade, bringing two of my dogs here and spending tens of thousands of dollars over the years. Despite this long-standing relationship, today they refused to verify a prescription they themselves had issued for my dog’s medication because of an outstanding $30 fee— a charge they imposed simply for writing the prescription. The issue stemmed from their failure to update the card I had provided on file during a prior visit. I also had another medication waiting to be picked up, which could have easily been settled at the same time. Instead, they chose to withhold service and treat a loyal client with disregard and a lack of appreciation.
