This veterinary office prioritizes revenue over the well-being of their patients. I have been a loyal client for nearly a decade, bringing two of my dogs here and spending tens of thousands of dollars over the years. Despite this long-standing relationship, today they refused to verify a prescription they themselves had issued for my dog’s medication because of an outstanding $30 fee— a charge they imposed simply for writing the prescription. The issue stemmed from their failure to update the card I had provided on file during a prior visit. I also had another medication waiting to be picked up, which could have easily been settled at the same time. Instead, they chose to withhold service and treat a loyal client with disregard and a lack of appreciation.

Best Clinic in 20 Years of Pet Ownership! I have had so many issues with so many different vets, it was such a relief to find a clinic where it shows how much they actually care about animals. They were informative, helpful, and just plain sweet. I could right away tell that the focus was my dog and not the size of the bill (no duck :p). I have very high expectations and Bickford Park Animal Hospital exceeded all of them, with some nice little touches on top of that. Agnes and I have found her new Veterarian! Thank You So Much

Great veterinary clinic. The staff is always friendly and suggests what they think would be best. However, last time I was asked if I wanted to get a leukemia shot for my cat I declined, but this time I wasn't consulted about it and they just gave it to her and charged me which I wasn't thrilled about. I do hope this is the last time the vet will go through with decisions like this without my consent.

Always great! Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Great with our corgi who isn’t always the best behaved. Slightly above average expense for some things but completely worth it.
