Glasses

I realize Covid 19 has caused difficulties in doing business . I was told I was due for an exam and then after exam I was told my plan wouldn’t cover it.Regardless I ordered a pair of glasses.Thru this the staff were very friendly.I went in to get an adjustment it seemed that the friendliness stops after receiving the customers money.Went in again today for another adjustment most of the staff ignored me and after an adjustment was made my ears are sore.Not sure what to do.In our business customer satisfaction is crucial.
