Never had glasses before, but I knew vision was needing a check up. Scheduled check-up and got a RX for glasses. Filed claim with Insurance provider and found out that Lens Master (598 Belmont) is not covered for examinations. They were de-listed. Not an issue for me but for those expecting coverage. Double check your benefits and delisted providers before you go.
