TREATED TERRIBLY
This is our first time purchasing glasses from Hakim.
The service was awful. I observed the manager consistently picking fights with customers, including us. She actually called the police on a person asking her how long she was going to be.
The glasses we received were junk and over priced. When I had to go there for the 4th time (within 6 months) to fix them, I'd had it. They were returned even more damaged than when I dropped them off, yet the manager blamed us, so I called head office. They offered to replace the lens at cost. The egomaniacal manager had a fit when I picked them up and yelled at me that it was our fault. Seriously ? What's her damage? I also saw her kick out all ot the customers, say rudely "we have a meeting, you need to go". Just an awful experience all around and lousy glasses, which I need to have have replaced anyway, since they just broke again! (within a year) What a waste of money. Don't go there. They don't care about quality or service.
