I visited Henry Ford Optim Eyes Ren Cen location on 2/13/23 and was serviced by optician Mela. I was there to fill a prescription for eyeglasses. Mela provided me with commendable service and made me feel like a valued customer. She was patient, kind, and professional as I tried on an abundance of eyeglasses. I was there for quite a while and Mela waited on other customers all while continuing to assist me with making my selection. She let me know which glasses looked nice on me and which glasses did not. She informed me of an eyeglass savings plan and, I bought two pair of glasses. She even worked past closing time to service my needs.
