Commendable Customer Service!

I visited Henry Ford Optim Eyes Ren Cen location on 2/13/23 and was serviced by optician Mela. I was there to fill a prescription for eyeglasses. Mela provided me with commendable service and made me feel like a valued customer. She was patient, kind, and professional as I tried on an abundance of eyeglasses. I was there for quite a while and Mela waited on other customers all while continuing to assist me with making my selection. She let me know which glasses looked nice on me and which glasses did not. She informed me of an eyeglass savings plan and, I bought two pair of glasses. She even worked past closing time to service my needs. Because of Mela’s outstanding service, I recommend this location for anyone looking for optical services. Thank you, Mela, for exceptional service! I appreciate you.

Everyone that assisted me today was extremely helpful. Each person took time to explain the services being done and detailed out the pricing for my glasses and contacts. It was a nice experience to be seen in a timely manner and with professionalism.
