I had very bad experience with the Gloucester center branch. Very rude and dishonest staff, they do not know anything about what they are selling ! They sold me a bifocal eyeglass which can not be used for computers or walking , so, it has to be replaced with progressive one, but their warranty did not cover the extra cost. Therefore, full price was paid!!! Prices for any extras or upgrades are almost double what you pay somewhere else for example to upgrade from progressive to transition costs $120 and does not include anti glare and anti reflection, Same upgrade costs $60-70 somewhere else !!!! Anti scratch costs there $100 somewhere else costs $50-60 Most of their frames are imitations, we do not know where are made !!! In short , Vezina is ribbing off customers and selling fake garbage products to them. On top of that its very rude staff, whom will treat you as if they doing you a favor to sell you their bad service and fake products !!!! Never go there or use their services
