Vezina will rib you off

I had very bad experience with the Gloucester center branch. Very rude and dishonest staff, they do not know anything about what they are selling ! They sold me a bifocal eyeglass which can not be used for computers or walking , so, it has to be replaced with progressive one, but their warranty did not cover the extra cost. Therefore, full price was paid!!! Prices for any extras or upgrades are almost double what you pay somewhere else for example to upgrade from progressive to transition costs $120 and does not include anti glare and anti reflection, Same upgrade costs $60-70 somewhere else !!!! Anti scratch costs there $100 somewhere else costs $50-60 Most of their frames are imitations, we do not know where are made !!! In short , Vezina is ribbing off customers and selling fake garbage products to them. On top of that its very rude staff, whom will treat you as if they doing you a favor to sell you their bad service and fake products !!!! Never go there or use their services

I attended this location looking for a specific brand of sunglasses. I was greeted by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Instead of just being happy with making a sale, the staff took the time to genuinely chat with me and ensure that the product I was buying was the best product for my uses. This was not the first pair of sunglasses I purchased from this location, nor will it be the last.

Weâ€™ve never been so happy with our glasses! Vezina Opticians is the only place we will buy glasses. When you go in, try to ask for Cara Vezina to help you! All the ladies at this location are approachable, accommodating and helpful; however Caraâ€™s expertise, humour and professionalism are unmatched across Ottawa. We were immediately helped by Cara, who showed us a variety of styles (frames and lenses), provided us with recommendations based on our face shape, typical style and she respected our price point. My husband and I have moved to the GTA and we plan on returning to Vezina Opticians next time we are in Ottawa visiting family. At this location, we were met with smiles and put immediately at ease. The customer service was outstanding! The prices are very reasonable! And the quality remains unrivaled. Perfection is the only way to describe our experience.

I'm writing this review with blurred vision from my latest pair of glasses from this location. I've purchased many pairs, for many years, and over time sent friends and family there. When they are on it, they provide wonderful customer service. When I got my latest pair and picked them up, I mentioned that my vision didn't feel right. I was advised it would be an adjustment period. Even though I was assured I could change if it wasn't right, not to worry. When it came time to request a correction, I was told I can't, that I'd need to get retested, out of warrenty, everything except, yes come in and let's fix this. I love the frames, thy were expensive. I wear them for short periods until the fatigue and headaches sit in. Days of appreciated loyalty seem to be over.
