So somehow they signed a contract with my 17 year old. They later charged that contract requiring everyone to have a vaccine. My son cannot get the vaccine so he told them he would have to cancel his membership. They are trying to force him to continue paying despite changing the contract mid term and him refusing the new contract. Owner “Matt” is a coward that will not return calls and hides in the office when I try to talk to them about this. I will be following up with consumer affairs, the BBB and may consider filing harassment or extortion charges as they continue harassing my son for money threatening to send the file to collections. The owner has to be a real scumbag to hide away and not even try to resolve this matter and try to force a youth to pay for a membership they cannot use. This should be illegal.
