Based on my experience I understand why this company has so many bad comments, it seems that the manager is only interested in making money regardless of all the mess he leaves behind. He did the project for my first house, so I was not demanding, but compared to other friends' houses of the same category in the same neighborhood the differences became very evident, simple and boring design, poor distribution, poor quality of materials and finishes, and higher price.
