They are a lier and scammers

They are a lier and scammers, i signed a contract, i delivered $ 50,000 in advance for my renovation work, after that they started well, but after few days sudden not come more, so i spoke with the manager, but him told me than i only delivered $ 10,000.00 of course i felt very angry and tried to fight and solve this without law plaint but the things weren´t to wort, just gone to wort, he tried to avoid the lawsuit with the excuse that his collection manager only reported a fifth, that they realized he stole from them and fired him, but they did not talk about any refound.

They build with poor quality

I hired them a time ago, they did my kitchen renovation, at firts my kitchen looked lovely, but quick with the past of time the evidence of poor quality of materials used in its manufacture began to appear. Im not an uncare person, i havent childs, and now after around two years my kitchen looks like an old kitchen, the cabinet doors are sagging, out of square, the same with the drawers, and they have not responded with the guarantee.

They not solve, just create more problems

I hired them for my roof sheathing renovation but unfortunately after that i found shape of cracks in the issues drywall ceiling of my living room. I called to their manager but him never came, so call some one else, and told me about the damage due to the bad installation and poor quality of asphalt shingles, roofing felt, nailbase panels. I did to do a effort for achieve to get a budget for solve and fix this.

Not recommended

The big problem than i found with this company is about the poor comunication, poor supervise between manager and their workers, that result in an amount too much of mistakes during and after left than the company denied to solve. They blame themselves, play to confuse client, make time for try to tire client forget complaint.

Fatal company!

I hired these people to renovate an old house I bought, but they did not respect the agreed budget, and the work was completed long after time and with many construction errors, I have had to hire other people to make the repairs to the facilities. badly made.

A manager than never attend and workers newbies

I spoke with the manager about my renovation proyect, and few time later we sing the contract, but the problems begans with the start of the renovation, seems obviously than the workers are newbies, they come but they not have any idea about their work, they appears so lost, i needed to called to the manager, and after that he send some one else but was the same case, i let that him finish, but the job is full of details, a several finished of so poor quality, and manager never attended.

After my bad experience with this company i learned and want to share that they not are that seems, they promise a lot, they creat a great expectation, but behind the curtain, behind the wonderful makeup, thereis a company that is in disarray, poorly organized, run by a manager who only sells you his image and deceives you into believing that his company is something that does not exist in reality.

I hired them to change the cover of my attic and condition it as another room, but unfortunately with the coming of the rains and snowfalls I found the entire ceiling full of leaks and the mattresses and furniture in the bedroom were ruined and they took a long time to come and repair

They doesn´t have quality

I gave to they a double opportunity, i trusted on them by second time, though the first time they left me a job full of mistakes observed around the renuev of my bathroom, but this second time i felt as true silly, i hired them for the change of my old kitchen furniture but this time i have been finding poorly placed cupboards, drawers that don´t close properly, sink and stove that not properly built in and so on

This construction company is deceiving

They recommended that I change the old pipes in my bathroom, I got them myself, and I hired them to install them, so they came and did their job, but some time later I decided to do an installation and when I broke the wall I realized that they were there the same old pipes, I called them and complained but they told me that I was confused, that the work was done, but the detail is that I know well the pipes that I got and although I never saw the old ones I know perfectly well that those are not them.

I highly would recommend anyone to stay clear of this company. Many law suits going in with this business. He will greet you with a happy smile and take all your hard worked money in the wash. I should post the court dates of the trials to take place with this company. I can't even call this a company it is a SCAM. Stay clear you have been warned.

There are some negative reviews on this site regarding DBD. I have seen the terrible quality workmanship, mess, and disphoric feelings one ex-employee (sub trade), who posted on this site, has created for the management of DBD West Coast Construction. When situations like this occur, it is not unusual to ask the subcontractor to fix the problem and withhold payment. Simply put, this individual continued to do inferior work while seeking to destroy the reputation of DBD He spoke highly of experience in the trades put was incapable and unable to perform to the high standard demanded by DBD management. Since this unfortunate setback, I have personal knowledge that, DBD management has in their employ tradesmen and labour who are able to deliver a high end finished product.

I believe in customer satisfaction and so does my boss, John. right now he has a great team working for him, all dedicated to quality work and customer satifaction. John from DBD West Coast Construction has had his difficulties with the quality of the workmanship of certain trades. Because John Ramos believes in integrity and an honest days work for an honest day's pay, he has received a few bad reviews from individuals who did inferior quality work. I was hired to fix some of these deficiencies, which I might add were considerable. I have been in the trades for 30 over years and am experience in carpentry, drywall boarding, back framing, taping, mudding and finishing. There are lots of individuals out there that claim to do renovations but quality workmanship is harder to find. Just like there are some bad trades there are some nightmare customers. I have, upon occasion, run across these individuals. I have seen John bend go the extra mile for a client, but I suspect the negative reviews are from individuals who are looking for a free ride.
