I´m very dissapointment

I´m very dissapointment, this guys from that company came to change my ceiling but did all bad, after that i had a lot humidity and leaks problems and lates so much in came to solve.

They don´t honor the guarantees

I hired this company to renovate my wooden floor, I paid a lot for it because they installed the best quality one, and overall they changed the old pipes, and part of the ceiling. They claim to guarantee everything, but soon moisture stains and leaks appeared, and there was such a quantity that the ceiling and a large part of my floor were ruined, and if they came to repair under warranty but they only changed the ceiling, they would like to have my floor repaired. I have been insisting and they have been ignoring me.

This company only seeks its own benefits

Based on my experience I understand why this company has so many bad comments, it seems that the manager is only interested in making money regardless of all the mess he leaves behind. He did the project for my first house, so I was not demanding, but compared to other friends' houses of the same category in the same neighborhood the differences became very evident, simple and boring design, poor distribution, poor quality of materials and finishes, and higher price.

If you hire them you will regret it!

I tell you my story, I hired them to build my house, specifically I love the kitchen so I emphasized the design, functionality, equipment and modernity of it, they guaranteed me that they were professionals, so I didn't worry. and I let them do it and didn't step foot in my house until delivery...I regret it! The refrigerator was not built-in, the cabinets were poorly designed and impractical, the lighting was very poor, the design was very outdated, they did not respect the work triangle. I had to undo the entire kitchen and hire a real expert.

They send work people without experience and careless

I decided to upload my experience because I think it is important to share that this company hires newbies perhaps due to the lack of qualified personnel and also these people come to work without adequate protection measures. When I hired them I obviously realized this to the extent that one One of them suffered an accident when one of the walls and part of the ceiling of the section that was going to be renovated collapsed because they were not doing things professionally and in a careless manner.

They deceive you, be careful

I´m now in a big dispute with them, i paid them to change the old walls of my houseload-bearing wall, cellulose insulation, inner and outer frame walls, structural sheating and more.I paid them a lot, however after delivery, by chance i discovered that i was deceived since they omitted to change many of the aforementioned parts or they were partially replaced and i paid for them to put everything new.

I am convinced that hiring this company is a danger for your budget, I saw their page and it convinced me, I did not take into account the comments against them, so I hired them to change my old roof, but soon the weather left the discovered their bad work, and as they comment here, they hesitate a lot to answer for their mistakes, and in the end we have to hire someone else and therefore spend more.

Be careful if you hire this construction company

When you hire a construction company you expect professional work and apart from that you trust in the integrity and honesty of the people who work there, you trust in its prestige and you fully trust the people who represent it but I hired this company and I trust on them but I was a victim of robbery and the company did not want to take responsibility and unfortunately I have no evidence but only they entered my house and I found out that this has happened to other people who have also hired them.

Be careful this company employs unskilled labor

They came to renovate my house bathrooms, the firts days the manager sent a good worker, he seemed so profesional, and i was very happy with his work, but suddenly came some one else and the quality falled so deep and i ask john´s and him just told me than the other guy not worked more for his company, but i not was happy at all so i broke the constract and become to search to the firts guy, fortunately i found him, and he came to finish the job and told me about john´s company bad practices and abuses.

These guys have no idea what quality is

These guys have no idea what quality is, they try to deceive with apparently good finishes but the truth always comes to light, I brought them to renew my ceiling, yes, they left it very modern and spectacular, but after weeks Having delivered the work to me, I began to notice plaster dust on my floor and slight cracks in the ceiling, so I complained to them but they refused, blaming it on the fact that it was all due to the vibration from the renovation of the apartment next door, but I spoke to the neighbors and only my roof had this problem. I had to hire a specialist and he told me that behind that impressive roof there was a mess.

I highly would recommend anyone to stay clear of this company. Many law suits going in with this business. He will greet you with a happy smile and take all your hard worked money in the wash. I should post the court dates of the trials to take place with this company. I can't even call this a company it is a SCAM. Stay clear you have been warned.

There are some negative reviews on this site regarding DBD. I have seen the terrible quality workmanship, mess, and disphoric feelings one ex-employee (sub trade), who posted on this site, has created for the management of DBD West Coast Construction. When situations like this occur, it is not unusual to ask the subcontractor to fix the problem and withhold payment. Simply put, this individual continued to do inferior work while seeking to destroy the reputation of DBD He spoke highly of experience in the trades put was incapable and unable to perform to the high standard demanded by DBD management. Since this unfortunate setback, I have personal knowledge that, DBD management has in their employ tradesmen and labour who are able to deliver a high end finished product.

I've worked for DBD 3 years on off, mostly on. I like working for John. I believe in customer satisfaction and so does my boss, John. right now he has a great team working for him, all dedicated to quality work and customer satifaction. John from DBD West Coast Construction has had his difficulties with the quality of the workmanship of certain trades. Because John Ramos believes in integrity and an honest days work for an honest day's pay, he has received a few bad reviews from individuals who did inferior quality work. I was hired to fix some of these deficiencies, which I might add were considerable. I have been in the trades for 30 over years and am experience in carpentry, drywall boarding, back framing, taping, mudding and finishing. There are lots of individuals out there that claim to do renovations but quality workmanship is harder to find. Just like there are some bad trades there are some nightmare customers. I have, upon occasion, run across these individuals. I have seen John bend go the extra mile for a client, but I suspect the negative reviews are from individuals who are looking for a free ride.
