This construction company does not meet the delivery deadlines

This construction company does not meet the delivery deadlines, they finished my house 6 months late and this hurt me, I rented an apartment and according to the completion and delivery time of the work, I had calculated to move before the expiration date of the contract rent, but due to non-compliance I had to renew for another year, and was forced to make an unplanned expense

Their quality is so poor

I hired the services of this construction company to renovate my bathrooms, but after the delivery of the work I was very dissatisfied, the quality of finishes is very poor, and over time details inherent to unprofessionalism and poor workmanship begin to appear.

This company is not what it seems

I hired this company for a major renovation in my house but there were many delays and problems due to poor management of permits, and the manager only shows his face at the beginning, it is the misleading image of the company, it makes you trust them and sign but Now I regret the company is just appearance.

That guys not care the safe of their clients

I almost had an accident due to the poor installation of the railing on my stairs that these people did to me, luckily I kept my balance but the railing fell to the floor of the ground floor, I made a strong claim to the construction company, but the manager never gave the face, I only sent a worker to reinstall and reinforce the railing.

His manager not achieves his promises.

I had a big trouble with that construction company manager, i spoke so clearly on my budget, i did a huge effort to get a credit, and he promise me to respect, he told me that in never case the proyect were more expensive than my budget limit, but was a lie and for his fault i couldn´t get done my home.

Their manager uncare with their workers and constructions

I felt as manager of that company, i hired them to do some changes inside my home, but the guys seemed very lost, they didn´t know about the proyect, not where to start, so i needed to be here to explain and, guide to them, in spite that i in advance spoke with their manager and sing a contract, but after all that not was my job. I understand that the guy have a lot of work, but is his responsability care and attend their constructions.

I highly would recommend anyone to stay clear of this company. Many law suits going in with this business. He will greet you with a happy smile and take all your hard worked money in the wash. I should post the court dates of the trials to take place with this company. I can't even call this a company it is a SCAM. Stay clear you have been warned.

There are some negative reviews on this site regarding DBD. I have seen the terrible quality workmanship, mess, and disphoric feelings one ex-employee (sub trade), who posted on this site, has created for the management of DBD West Coast Construction. When situations like this occur, it is not unusual to ask the subcontractor to fix the problem and withhold payment. Simply put, this individual continued to do inferior work while seeking to destroy the reputation of DBD He spoke highly of experience in the trades put was incapable and unable to perform to the high standard demanded by DBD management. Since this unfortunate setback, I have personal knowledge that, DBD management has in their employ tradesmen and labour who are able to deliver a high end finished product.

John from DBD West Coast Construction has had his difficulties with the quality of the workmanship of certain trades. Because John Ramos believes in integrity and an honest days work for an honest day's pay, he has received a few bad reviews from individuals who did inferior quality work. I was hired to fix some of these deficiencies, which I might add were considerable. I have been in the trades for 30 over years and am experience in carpentry, drywall boarding, back framing, taping, mudding and finishing. There are lots of individuals out there that claim to do renovations but quality workmanship is harder to find. Just like there are some bad trades there are some nightmare customers. I have, upon occasion, run across these individuals. I have seen John bend go the extra mile for a client, but I suspect the negative reviews are from individuals who are looking for a free ride.
