They doesn´t their job on time

Well guys, almost a year ago i hired this company to change as soon as quicky the entire outer shell of ceiling because nearest winter were so close and the old outer shell it had leaks, but after sing the contract they late so much and although i had been calling, they not came in time, the bad weather came and all my home were full of puddles and due to that a lot of my sttufs they were spoiled, so now.. I been claim for a refound.

An advise never hire this company

I never thinked that this kind of construction companies works in this country, i hired to their manager to grow my house, but they came and did all quickly without care, and during the worktime, only i watched the presence of his workers, their boss never came to supervise all the mess and poor quality since the structure construction till the finished.

They might not allow complainst

They not respect the construction program, manager not come, i hired them for renuev one of my bathrooms, before start all was fine, we signed the proyect, they showed me the blueprints, aparently all would fine, but i started to watch some weirds that not seemed according to contracted job, so i requested the attend of the manager, too request his worker that stop till her boss come, but till now i have been waiting him, and already are spent some months and he no calls, neither attend, and so on.

Where are their quality?

I want to share with you guys my experience after hire this construction company for the renuev of the tiles floor of my home, well i want to show that they left the tiles poorly leveled and due to that my mother has been almost fall in several times, and my question is where are their quality?

They not achieve their promises

I bough an old house, and after do a bit research and enter in his site i decided to hire dbd westcoast construction for the renovation, i looked several good reviews, but unfortunately i fall dissapointment, i not found the supposed quality, integrity, precision, on budget, and on time that they describe in the advertisement, i have been finding failures every where, they got out budget, and not deliver on time, and the company owner only came one time to check.

Dangerous Installations

A piece of ceiling falled above my wife while she was in living room after i hired they for a renuew the whole ceiling of the ground floor of my home, fortunately the piece of plaster didn´t cause any serious damage to his head. I called them to complaint and beg to come to check the status of the instalation, but till now aren´t has been to attend, so i brough an engineer friend and he told me that they did a bad installation.

Poor construction quality

They did the construction of my home and sincerely since the deliver i have been finding some problems of finish quality, doors, and windows than not close properly, pipe lines with drips in kitchen and bathrooms, paint stains, loose kitchen furniture and tiles, and so more very poor quality in general.

Be careful they came might with surprise!

I had my own whole proyect included also budget, i had been do my figure out and i hesitated to hire some one, but for to be chill out, decided to hire they at the end, so they came, i listen their proposal, and felt convince, their economic proposal were more cheap, but unfortunately then cames the cheat, the manager came and introduced me an increased budget due supposedly to increasy prices from their suppliers so i at the end i had to pay more than 60% above own budget

Not polite workers and absent manager

I had a problem with a not polite worker send to work in my home by the manager of this company, the man constantly disturbed to my teenager daugther so i spoke with the manager about that, he promise to send other worker, but the man follow coming to my home, so i decided to fire him but the manager never send some one else, and never more answer my calls.

They hook you with their image

They hook you with their image, with their initial appearance of a professional and serious company, they know how to sell themselves, they convinced me and I trusted them, but during the work I discovered the lack of quality combined with the non-compliance with the agreed work cost .

I highly would recommend anyone to stay clear of this company. Many law suits going in with this business. He will greet you with a happy smile and take all your hard worked money in the wash. I should post the court dates of the trials to take place with this company. I can't even call this a company it is a SCAM. Stay clear you have been warned.

There are some negative reviews on this site regarding DBD. I have seen the terrible quality workmanship, mess, and disphoric feelings one ex-employee (sub trade), who posted on this site, has created for the management of DBD West Coast Construction. When situations like this occur, it is not unusual to ask the subcontractor to fix the problem and withhold payment. Simply put, this individual continued to do inferior work while seeking to destroy the reputation of DBD He spoke highly of experience in the trades put was incapable and unable to perform to the high standard demanded by DBD management. Since this unfortunate setback, I have personal knowledge that, DBD management has in their employ tradesmen and labour who are able to deliver a high end finished product.

I've worked for DBD 3 years on off, mostly on. I like working for John. I believe in customer satisfaction and so does my boss, John. right now he has a great team working for him, all dedicated to quality work and customer satifaction. John from DBD West Coast Construction has had his difficulties with the quality of the workmanship of certain trades. Because John Ramos believes in integrity and an honest days work for an honest day's pay, he has received a few bad reviews from individuals who did inferior quality work. I was hired to fix some of these deficiencies, which I might add were considerable. I have been in the trades for 30 over years and am experience in carpentry, drywall boarding, back framing, taping, mudding and finishing. There are lots of individuals out there that claim to do renovations but quality workmanship is harder to find. Just like there are some bad trades there are some nightmare customers. I have, upon occasion, run across these individuals. I have seen John bend go the extra mile for a client, but I suspect the negative reviews are from individuals who are looking for a free ride.
