My car broke down near Strathroy, ON around midnight. My tow came and he told me to hop into the cab. inside the cab he had teen porn playing as the title said "Sexy Teen Rachel Rivers Blows Her...". I told him to turn off the porn. The tow driver, Travis did and apologized. As we were driving, he started telling me his wife left him who he got pregnant at 15 when he was 25. I was instantly creeped out. I was already on the hwy with him and texted my boyfriend how I felt unsafe and to meet me at the dealer. During this time, Travis took out his phone and started showing me his classic cars and swerved onto the shoulder. When we arrived at my destination in Brantford, I was charged over 400 dollars. I complained to the owner of the company, Brenda, she was apologetic. I said I wanted a refund due to this horrible experience. She ignored my request for a refund and instead I got a second hand apology from Travis. Unacceptable.
