Above and beyond appreciation.

I had called through caa and i got Chris through S&B towing what a great guy. He asked me what happened so i told him he said lets try and start it low and behold he got it running. But made sure it was safeand gonna stay running. He was polite and overall cared about the customer i would definitely call and recommend thos company to everyone i know. We need more great people like Chris out there.

Great service

We are CAA members and on Sat. Jan 21st. we required two tows, went to Canadian Tire which was a HUGE mistake. We had a Driver named Chris from S and B Towing out of Dorchester both times. He was caring and set us at ease during a stressful time. Top Notch Service.

Above and beyond

When I broke down on highway 402 the CAA sent Chris from SB Towing to help me out. I lucked out - Chris was the best guy for the job, never had better assistance in my life. Immediately I could tell what a friendly, upbeat guy he was. He was giving me all sorts of advice on local hotels, repair shops, showing genuine concern and doing his best to help me decide what next step I should take. In the end, he ended up storing my motorbike safely on his own property, saving me a lot of stress. Then he towed it all the way back to my home in Mississauga. Incredibly generous. If you ever break down and they send you Chris from SB, they sent you the best guy in Ontario. -Joe

creepy and unsafe tow especially as a female passenger

My car broke down near Strathroy, ON around midnight. My tow came and he told me to hop into the cab. inside the cab he had teen porn playing as the title said "Sexy Teen Rachel Rivers Blows Her...". I told him to turn off the porn. The tow driver, Travis did and apologized. As we were driving, he started telling me his wife left him who he got pregnant at 15 when he was 25. I was instantly creeped out. I was already on the hwy with him and texted my boyfriend how I felt unsafe and to meet me at the dealer. During this time, Travis took out his phone and started showing me his classic cars and swerved onto the shoulder. When we arrived at my destination in Brantford, I was charged over 400 dollars. I complained to the owner of the company, Brenda, she was apologetic. I said I wanted a refund due to this horrible experience. She ignored my request for a refund and instead I got a second hand apology from Travis. Unacceptable.

Awesome Service

I am a CAA cardholder in Sarnia and I needed to unlock my car and get a boost last week. The tow truck driver was awesome, he was very friendly and very pleasant. I would like to say that he definitely made my day.

Went above and beyond helping out my wife when they arrived and realized she actually needed a flatbed. Helped get her back on the road anyways even though they lost the tow job. Thanks guys!

Professional. The driver attached our big motorhome to his big tow truck with such care and attention that I was confident that it would arrive at the truck service in good condition. Forgot to thank him - THANKS!

Rude driver. Couldn't find the car despite having clear instructions that it was around the back of (x) building with six foot high letters out front. Driver called, didn't identify himself or say hello or anything. I didnt even realize I was talking to a tow truck driver at first. He was very rude in telling me he couldn't find the car and frankly it shouldn't have been difficult. He expected me to be with the car even though I had told them ahead of time I wouldn't be. Next day mechanic can t find where he left the keys. Call their office, they can't get a hold of him, he will call me back. He never calls back, eventually the mechanic finds the keys on their own but it's the end of the day and can't even start working on my car until the next day now. Terrible service, just insulting.

Kodoos to Curtis! He showed up faster as expected, was able to load my car (had to go backwards and dolly support) and delivered it at our home in Sarnia fast. 👍 -Although CAA did give me a hard time regarding the actual member card, we were not too happy w the service of CAA- Curtis of SB Towing was very helpful. Hardworking, polite guy.
