When I broke down on highway 402 the CAA sent Chris from SB Towing to help me out. I lucked out - Chris was the best guy for the job, never had better assistance in my life. Immediately I could tell what a friendly, upbeat guy he was. He was giving me all sorts of advice on local hotels, repair shops, showing genuine concern and doing his best to help me decide what next step I should take. In the end, he ended up storing my motorbike safely on his own property, saving me a lot of stress. Then he towed it all the way back to my home in Mississauga. Incredibly generous. If you ever break down and they send you Chris from SB, they sent you the best guy in Ontario. -Joe
