Hitch installation date had to be switched and Hitch Factory (Fran), was extremely flexible. The job was completed in less time than origionally estimated. I was shown what needed to be modified prior to it being done and the result was not even noticeable. Everyone was friendly and professional and Iseemed to care about doing a top notch job. I left feeling extremely satisfied with the experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!
