purchase of safe

I bought a safe that ended up faulty. The safe was replaced and did not work right away. It was faulty. I called and spoke with Tony for about five months . He let me know the manufacture was testing new safes as these older ones were faulty. Once the new safes were tested, they would arrive beginning of October. When I phoned back at the end of October, i was told by the manager ANGELA that she will NOT replace the safe, because the original safe was already replaced. This is disgusting customer service because they know full well these safes were faulty. Not only that, after months of working with a rep to get a new safe, Angela decided she did enough. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at renovating three condos over four years with this company, and this is how I am treated! If this is the new customer service... well I can't say there is much service.
