❌️⚠️WARNING⚠️❌️ If you love your dog, avoid this place like the plague. PURE NEGLECT. I saw right through their fake smiles and empty reassurances. They don’t provide any real report about your dog’s wellbeing just generic words, “she’s doing great,” which was clearly unbelievably false. The kennels are worse than shelters. The condition of this place merits a free stay, not the absurd fee they charge. It’s overpacked with dogs, nonstop barking, and clear signs of stress everywhere. Their so-called “privacy suite” is a flat-out lie. They do NOT follow your dog’s needs. They claim each kennel has an outdoor run, They have to manually open it, so their statement that dogs can go out anytime is completely false. I told them my dog is a rescue with a history of neglect and abandonment, and I trusted them to keep her safe and supported. Instead, I picked her up in distress , injured, bleeding, and with her voice completely gone from what must have been nonstop barking and crying.
