I left my dog here to be groomed and when I returned to pick him up, he was tied with his leash to the top of the steps going from the first floor to the second floor of the business and the leash was not long enough to extend all the way to the bottom of the steps. I was shocked to see this. When we arrived home I noticed that my dog's left eye was very red and watering. The next day the white of my dog's eye was entirely red and upon having it checked it was diagnosed has having broken blood vessels in his eye due to being restrained. My dog is off leash at all times at home as we have a large backyard where he can run free so this is the only time he would have been restrained in this manner. I was very disturbed to see him restrained to the top rung of the stair's railing when I returned and both the male and female staff were downstairs in the shop and he was not being monitored at all. FOR YOUR PET'S SAFETY, AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!
