Of all the furniture my wife and purchased over the years from Schewels I am very very disappointed. I purchased a recliner in November of 2022 and the material began to breakup or ball especially on the footrest. When I filed for a claim, gentleman came reviewed and took pictures. After better than 2 weeks of waiting for a call, I finally called them. But to my surprise the manufacturer would not honor the warranty. So disappointed!!!
