Recliner Warranty

Of all the furniture my wife and purchased over the years from Schewels I am very very disappointed. I purchased a recliner in November of 2022 and the material began to breakup or ball especially on the footrest. When I filed for a claim, gentleman came reviewed and took pictures. After better than 2 weeks of waiting for a call, I finally called them. But to my surprise the manufacturer would not honor the warranty. So disappointed!!!

the store staff are amazing, very helpful and super friendly! I recently rented a table and chairs set and after a few payments I added on a curio cabinet (best decision ever made) I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone and everyone I know! and definitely look forward to adding more of their amazing merchandise on to my account!

We walked in Schewels this time and were greeted with a friendly hello and directed to what our options were. After finding what were going to replace our other couch with, of 4 months, we proceeded to the service ladies in the back that were pleasant to deal with and they worked with our invoicing until the total matched our credit. We were relieved in how Schewels Customer Service stood behind there name and did the right thing in replacing our couch and making our exchange flawless.

My experience with schewels (Roberta) was mostly positive. She seemed very knowledgeable about mattresses and spent a good deal of time telling us about the features of each mattress, answering questions we had. I am somewhat disappointed I was not told until checkout the bed we chose was on backorder. I was assured I would receive a call today about a delivery date, but did not get one. Once I am able to try out my bed, I will update my review.

I purchased my house 6 years ago. Just about everything I have was bought from Schewels and I just paid off the third batch of furniture. If you watch the sales and know what you are looking for you can get good deals. Will be back in the next few months for a dining table and recliner. All sales people were helpful and the office staff are really nice.
