We actually met in person and handed over money. Talked with Troy over a year during Covid, sent a deposit for a tractor and then met in person to complete the FULL payment. I'm embarrassed to admit that we were so trusting (and stupid). He is a professional scammer and I don't want to see anyone else fall for this - DO NOT trust him or send him money. *Does not deserve 1 star*
