This builder and it's managers,and staff are unreachable. Perry is a nice person, however he doesn't really help when you need a repair. It's always, a song and dance or a lame excuse..this builder uses in experienced trades people, beginners.. sloppy painters and tradesmen. Scratches dings and countless other errors throughout the house. Very shoddy work. We waited over 2 years to move in then over 2 and a half yrs before the grass went down....good luck buyer beware.
