I bought my first vehicle at this dealership, a 2019 Sahara. First of all it took an entire day to get this done and once home I wasn't even provided with a copy of any warranty. Most Jeeps have corrosion and I was told this was normal and that the shop on site would be fixing it. After calling and email and not getting any response I finally went in and was provided with a goodwill warranty which I finally asked for in email so I had a record of it. All of my information was taken by the shop, photos as well. One day, after many more ignored called, somehow my information was lost, including photos - and the excuse I was given was that the shop was suddenly under new management so it was impossible to get it sorted out (apparently). I ended up moving back to the island and was asked by the manager in Kelowna to look for someone to do the work. I couldn't get anyone to do the work under the goodwill warranty.
